Why choose our adult tennis group classes? Highlights of our tennis lessons

Private lessons  

• All enrollments must be collected in advance through FPS /  PayMe before any court or coach bookings. No refunds.
• All private tennis lessons require booking at least 10 days in advance.
• Once the private tennis lesson time and court are reserved and  confirmed, you can cancel for free 24 hours in advance, but you can only make free cancellation of one confirmed lesson free of charge 24  hours in advance ONCE for every FOUR lessons. 
• Regarding the remaining lessons, if students cancel the confirmed lesson 24 hours in advance, HK$300 will be charged for the paid court rent and administrative fee. Students must pay HK$300 for venue rent and administrative fees before booking the next private lesson. 
• If students cancel a confirmed lesson within 24 hours, it will be counted as one lesson taken. Since the coach has reserved the coaching time and venue, it cannot be canceled. No show is one lesson attended.
• For any rain or inclement weather (T3 or T8), communication 1 hour ahead of lesson time will be conducted to make final decision of lesson.
• If it rains when a lesson has taken place for 30 minutes, half of the lesson fee will be charged. If it rains when a lesson has taken place for 45 minutes, one lesson fee will be charged.
• All enrollments must be collected in advance through FPS / PayMe before any court or coach bookings. No refunds.
• If any dispute arises, we will settle in friendly manner. Coach has final decision in all cases.
• Trial lessons  (no refund or cancellation when booking is confirmed)

Group tennis lessons

•  Group lesson fees are non-refundable once the group class  is confirmed.  No refund for any absence. 
• If a group class has to be cancelled due to insufficient number of participants (minimum number of participants for group class is 2), students enrolled can choose to get a full refund of lesson fee paid or choose to enroll in another group class available. 
• Students cannot ask others to replace him/her in the lesson.
• If we have to cancel the lesson due to poor weather or unavailability of tennis courts, we will offer a make-up lesson for that lesson.
• For any rain or inclement weather (T3 or T8), communication 1 hour ahead of lesson time will be conducted to make final decision of lesson.
